All sold products on this site come with 6 (six) months local warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase and limited to the UAE only, unless otherwise mentioned within the sales invoice for the specific product. Warranty on sold products becomes invalid if the product has been opened and/or tampered by an authorised person/service center. Please retain the sales invoice as proof of purchase.

Usually all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and deliveries are done within 7 business days to the most areas across the UAE. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our team will contact you to find a solution.

All orders are processed and shipped from Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders during the UAE public holidays.

For all orders below AED 299, the shipping/delivery cost is a flat rate AED 10.50. For orders above AED 300, the shipping/delivery is free of charge.

Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order, kindly send us an email to info@tcpacific.com within 24 hours of your confirmation of order. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and will process a full refund in case the payment has been done by credit/debit card.

UAE Orders: In case the order is cancelled after the shipment dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee as reflected in your order confirmation. If the shipping fee is not reflected in your order confirmation (in case of free shipping), the standard fee of AED10.50 will be deducted.

International Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Please note, that refund will take up to 8 business days to process and up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement.
