If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product in a resalable & unused condition.

Items not eligible for a refund:

  • Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
  • Products with missing labels or accessories.

The product must be in its original packaging, with all manuals/instruction papers and any accompanied accessories.

The product must be accompanied with the original sales invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your  credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy

We will replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing fault. Please send us an email at info@tcpacific.com and we will make necessary arrangements for the collection of sold product as we need to verify that it was in fact defective or damaged due to manufacturing fault.

Once the return is received, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, we will deliver a replacement within the agreed times at no extra delivery cost.

In case you changed your mind about the purchased product and want to exchange for something else, we can do so upon confirmation that the returned item is in good working condition and returned with all necessary accessories and manuals. Please send us an email at info@tcpacific.com and we will make necessary arrangements. The charge for collection of returned item and delivery of new item is AED 34, and to be paid upon request for exchange.
